    On Friday 12th April, the Competition Appeals Tribunal refused Sports Direct’s application for an interim injunction to require Newcastle United Football Club to supply it with replica kit for the 2024/5 season. The Tribunal emphasised that a “speedy trial” in this matter was now more urgent.

    Thomas de la Mare KC appeared for Newcastle United Football Company Limited.
