    Jo has extensive advisory and advocacy experience of commercial dispute resolution having represented clients in the High Court or at arbitration in a broad range of areas including civil fraud, limited liability partnership disputes, international commodity sale contracts, asset/share sale warranty claims and professional negligence. 

    Her expertise includes conflicts of law and the law of state immunity.

    She also advises a wide variety of clients in the music, television/film, theatre and publishing (traditional and online) industries in both intellectual property and contract disputes (including artist/manager contracts).
